As an artist I find myself mostly returning to film/video as my preferred media, a space that allows me to give form to my interpretations. In my work I prefer to use humor and storytelling to reflect on social and cultural topics.

 

Diego Ospina Melo is a visual artist from Colombia. He is based in Amsterdam since 2012, where he works as a creative, director, film/video maker and editor. He graduated from DOGtime "Unstable Media department" at the Rietveld Academy in 2020. This program enabled Diego to further develop his visual style, a fun interactions between video installation, video art, performance and cinematography.
